At Black Clover, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn and unwashed items.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include the provided packing slip.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
